As Interactive Team Leader you will report direct to the Interactive
Marketing Manager.
This role has a combination of key responsibilities that will range for
office management, project management to business support. There will be many
dimensions that would require operational and technical expertise.
The team leader will be responsible for day to day operational management of
the interactive team based in Prague, ensuring that projects get delivered on
time and that motivation within the team remains high.
Responsibilities
Projects & Team:
- Manage and co-ordinate the flow of all incoming projects to the Interactive
team. Review and qualify all requests to ensure that enough information is
available before allocating to relevant interactive resource; proactively
identify tasks currently managed by the interactive team that could be
transferred back into the business.
- Ensure efficient resource management by allocating projects according to
resource workload and relevant skill sets;
- Manage business expectation on all logged projects ensuring that they know
when their projects will commence and who will be responsible for delivering on
their requirements; All requests should be validated and status update should be
communicated back to the business within 48 hours from logged date;
- Monthly reviews to ensure that time spent on projects are documented and
recorded correctly on the Project request SharePoint site; Generate quarterly
reports showing time spent on all projects across each region;
- Own all Lyris, SharePoint and Survey projects. Responsible for management
and delivery of any project request that require development and support on
these 3 platforms;
- General Hudson external website support;
- General online content administration and project resource support when
required.
Operations & Strategy:
- Actively participate in European and regional Operations initiatives by
giving advice on how interactive could enhance business processes;
- Identify typical and repeated interactive and marketing requests that could
be integrated into frontoffice recruitment system to improve candidate
relationships and experiences.
HR, Finance & Office Management for both Marketing &
Interactive:
- Manage and co-ordinate all HR and training related matters;
- Manage and co-ordinate all purchases needed, keeping record of all
outgoings;
- Ensure that all hardware and IT requirements are reviewed and documented at
least 2 weeks before budget review period commence;
- Support senior manager during budget period.
Skills and Expertise:
- Good working knowledge of HTML and CSS.
- Good understanding of web sites and the internet with the willingness to do
research in these areas.
- Good communication skills, verbal and written in both English and
Czech.
- Knowledge of ASP, JavaScript, web accessibility, search engine optimisation,
Adobe Photoshop would be advantage.
Special Requirements:
- Must be capable of working flexible hours, sometimes under the pressure of
aggressive deadlines and handle multiple simultaneous tasks and projects.
- Able to work independently or autonomously as part of a local or distributed
project team.
- Candidate must have a service attitude working with team members from other
countries.
Salary
40 000 – 50 000 Kč, depends on experience
